These Terms govern your reservation of a founding spot for SensAI, a product operated by Modus Anomali LLC under the Out of the Box Labs brand ("we", "us"). By placing a deposit you agree to these Terms.

1. What you're reserving

SensAI is in development. By placing a $10 deposit you reserve a founding spot - you are NOT buying a finished product. Founding closes Friday, 29 May 2026, and founders get access around that date. Timelines and features may change as we finish the build.

2. The $10 deposit

The $10 deposit is fully refundable. It is also credited toward the $97 one-time price if you proceed. To request a refund, email [email protected] and we will return it.

3. Price

The price of SensAI is $97, one-time. Placing a deposit does not change that price. Founders also receive the "Sell Your Agent" bonus pack at no extra cost during the founding window.

4. No guarantee of results

SensAI is a software tool. We make no guarantee of any specific result, income, or outcome. Your results depend on your own effort and how you use the product. Nothing on our pages is a promise or guarantee of earnings.

5. Ownership & acceptable use

You may use SensAI for your own business. You may not resell, copy, or redistribute the SensAI product, prompts, or materials themselves except as expressly permitted. The agent you build runs on your own infrastructure and is yours to operate.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modus Anomali LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages arising from your use of this information, the page, or the product.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date will change accordingly.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
